 LogoSTAR offers a simple and cost effective means of keying logos over incoming video. Perfect for use in cable, satellite or TV broadcast operations. LogoSTAR stores up to 32 bitmap images and is ideal for on-air standby slides, channel identification, auto display of emergency messages, copyright warnings, or display of any frequently used image. Each logo has its own palette of 256 colors selected from 65K colors. Each logo maintains its own attributes of position, color and key level. LogoSTAR can provide for 32 small logos up to 250x120 pixels, or one full screen logo up to 640x480 as well as 16 small logos, or two full screen logos. Logos can be created using your favorite graphics software. The supplied PC/Windows software accepts most standard graphic file formats and converts these files into the LogoSTAR standard bitmap format. An LCD panel and keypad provide local system status information and user control. LogoSTAR gives you the flexibility to position the logo anywhere on the display from either the front panel controls or the included PC Software. Time and/or date can be added simultaneously to the display along with a logo. The PC control software allows you to set the times you want the logo to display on your channel. LogoSTAR also includes a preview output to check the logo being displayed as well its position. GPI control allows you to use contact closures to select a logo to be the current logo and tell the LogoSTAR when to key on the active logo. Features
